I am a 26 year-old professional living in London. I have also been diagnosed with traits of EUPD and an acute and transient psychotic disorder. This blog explores my journey through navigating these diagnoses, and aims to reduce the stigma that is perpetuated by society and the mental health system itself against those living with mental illnesses.
